We are glad to have a new registration system that is online. Click on this link to connect to the online registration system.

Listed are some simplified instructions to process the registration.
- Click this link to access the UYSA website, a new window will open taking you to the UYSA website.
- Click on the Registration tab
- Check off the registration types you would like to perform Click the Player Registration to register a new player and check the Coach/Admin registration if you registering as a coach or volunteer. Both can be checked to perform both registrations at the same time.
- If you have visited this site before, and will continue a previous registration session, use your username and password you created to continue.
- If you are new to the site for the very first time, then click Option 2, by clicking Create New Account.
- Fill in the details of the person that will be the Primary Account of the registration. If you are renewing a player registration from last year, it's best to provide the exact information from last year's paper registration form of the parent/guardian. This will match our current player family records. If you are new, then existing records won't exist, and you can continue to add players to the account.
- Once you have filled in the primary account information, supply a username and password for that account to login to manage your account, or continue previous registration session, or to register for a new season (next year)..
- The system will look for previous registration records and show family details. If the system found the correct records, click the button, "Yes this is my account". If missing information is detected in the Primary Account, an "Update" button will appear asking you to update the information before being allowed to continue. An email is required to send you the receipt, so, this will be a reason to require an update to the information.
- If you don't see the players listed and should be because they are returning, then please contact us for further assistance.
- If you don't see the players listed and they are new, click "Add New Player", and submit the player data to be recorded in the system.
- When you have finished adding new players, click the "Continue" button.
- The same list of family members will appear and any eligible players will have a button next to them called "Register as Player". Click the "Register as Player" button next to each player that is being registered to play. Leave alone any players that are not being registered to ignore them in the registration process.
- After clicking the "Register as Player" button, a new screen will appear asking for a TeamCode, click the "Do Not Have TeamCode" button.
- This same screen will refresh, click "Recreational" from the dropdown box.
- This same screen will again refresh showing the details of the player.
- Go to the bottom of the player details screen and type in any medical details we need to know about the youth.
- In this same Medical text box, add the players or team or coach name that this player is interested in playing with/on.
- Click the Save button at the bottom.
- Repeat steps 13-18 as needed for each player being registered. If you have questions or concerns about this area, please contact us.
- After all players are registered, click "Continue".
- Make sure the registration results are correct. If you want an extra real ticket, check the box.
- Choose a payment method, fill in the payment details, and click "Save/Submit".
- A new screen will appear, click the "Print Receipt" button to open a PDF with your receipt. This requires Adobe Reader, so download that prior to opening the receipt if you don't already have Adobe Reader.
- Print the receipts; keep one for your records (called "Your Copy") and bring the other one to the fields when you pickup your jersey's in August (called "Club Copy") along with your children's birth certificates (if you are new). These are required to pickup the jersey's to begin playing.
